Starter Package

Starting Sunday, 1 September 2024, the subscription fee for this package is RM199 per year. This package is designed for smaller online businesses with the intention to start accepting payments via e-wallet Touch n’ Go, Boost and GrabPay (subject to providers’ approval).

 

A. How do I register?

Check here for the registration steps.

 

B. What documents are required to sign up?

The Starter package is ready to use e-wallets immediately (Boost and Touch n Go). GrabPay will be enabled in your account in 7 to 10 working days (subject to the provider’s approval). Only once you have complete document status are you allowed to enable e-wallet payments in your payment form.

The below documents are mandatory for the senangPay onboarding team to start processing a merchant’s application:

  1. Photocopy of director’s IC
  2. Business registration (SSM full set of documents)
  3. Bank statements
  4. Utility bill
  5. Sales platform (website/social media platform/payment form) – must be reliable and accessible for senangPay and the public to review your products or services provided without violating senangPay’s Terms of Agreement.

 

C. What happen to my account if I’ve registered with the old Basic Package?

Your account will remain as it was, which is only can accepting payments via FPX Internet Banking, Visa or Mastercard.

 

D. Can I upgrade from the old Basic package to the current Starter package?

You cannot upgrade from the Basic package to the Starter package. You can only upgrade your Basic package to the Advance or Enterprise package. Please refer here for more information.

If you wish to upgrade your package, additional documents must be provided as below:

  1. Business policies (terms and conditions, shipping, cancellation and refund policy, privacy policy)
  2. Photo of business signboard or bunting and office interior
  3. Photo of products or stocks
  4. If your business is operated from home, a photo of the premise including premise number is required

 

E. How will my settlement will be paid? 

senangPay will transfer your settlement money to you every Wednesday and Friday. Check the settlement schedule here.
