How to Make Payments to Continue Subscription
If you fail to make payments for the subscription fees after 7 days from the expiry date, your account will be suspended. Please proceed with payment so that you can have full access of the senangPay Dashboard.
A. Online Payment
1. To make payment, simply go to Menu > Charges > List
2. You will see a list of charges that senangPay has charged to you for their services.
3. If there is ‘Pending Payment’ click at the ‘Pop Up’ icon.
4. You will be directed to a payment page. Choose your payment method and proceed with the payment.
B. Offline Payment
We are currently not supporting any offline payments.
Please take note that :
- senangPay will send you renewal invoice 30 days before expiration date as a reminder to continue subscription
- You also can renew you subscription directly from the apps before.
