Why Can’t I Login to My Account?

There are a few reasons why you cannot login to your account :

  • Enter your email (Make sure the email you enter is the email you used to create the account)

  • Check your email. After you enter your email or username, an email will be sent to your senangPay-associated email address and follow the step.
