Why Can’t I Login to My Account?
There are a few reasons why you cannot login to your account :
1. Your account is frozen (inactive), which means you are unable to login to your account. The reasons are:
- You have breached the terms & conditions with senangPay.
- You sell item that are considered illegal in Malaysia.
2. Forgot your password
- You can simply click on ‘Forgot Password’ button
- Enter your email (Make sure the email you enter is the email you used to create the account)
- Check your email. After you enter your email or username, an email will be sent to your senangPay-associated email address and follow the step.
3. Incorrect / forgot your email
- Notify us through email@example.com
