I don’t live in Malaysia. Can I sign up with senangPay?

There are two answers for this. If you not living in Malaysia but you have registered your business with SSM and you have a local bank account, then yes, you can register with senangPay.

But if you don’t have any business registration with SSM and you don’t have any local bank account, then you need to sign up with PayPal.
