Payment and Refunds
This feature are applicable for all e-Wallet : Touch 'n Go , Boost and GrabPay
You (merchants) can make a refund/void for your customer who made a transaction through e-Wallet payment. But the refund/void must be made on the same day (not within 24 hours) as the transaction from your customer.
A. How to make a refund ?
1. Go to Menu > Transaction > List or you can simply search you buyer’s name.
2. Simply click on the name of your buyer. You will see a detail information of the transaction on the Payment Info section.
3. Scroll down and click “Void” button for payment made through Boost or click “Refund” button for payment made through Touch n’ Go then follow the next step and you’re done !
