My Customer's FPX Payment FAILED but the Bank Account Has Been SUCCESSFULLY Deducted

1. There are a few issues that might happen sometimes when your customer’s FPX payment FAILS, but his bank account has been deducted with the amount.

2. If this happens :

  • Kindly notify us as soon as possible with the details so that we are aware of the issue.
  • Please advise your customers to contact their processing bank. Click here to view the list of the bank contact details
  • If the case is still not settled, please advise your customers to contact FPX at helpdesk@myclear.org.my

Please take note that :

  • This is an issue between FPX and the banks. There is not much that we can do.
