If you fail to make the payment to continue your subscription, your account will be suspended. However,

1. Your customers can still make payments through your senangPay forms.

2. You can still have access to your senangPay Dashboard as usual. This means you can add product, download report etc.

3. You will not receive any payments from senangPay until your pending subscription fee is settled.
