YES you can negotiate the 2.5% rate if your monthly transaction value is more than RM250,000.

B. What if my transaction is sometimes RM250,000 and sometimes below that?

You will enjoy the negotiable rate when your transaction is more than RM250,000 only. If your transaction happen to decrease in the next coming month, then your rate will revert to the original 2.5%.

C. Who should I contact if my transaction is more than RM250,000 monthly?

D. What if my transaction is more than RM250,000?

We have a schedule of rates that reflects your transaction. The higher the monthly transactions, the better the rates you will enjoy.
