Can I Have Multiple senangPay Accounts Registered ?
You can have as many accounts as you want for your single or multiple businesses, depending on your need. The only condition is that you need to use a different email for each account. Some merchants use 3 accounts for a 1 business. This is to divide or categorise products based on individual performance and of the sales person.
A. I have 1 business, with multiple websites. Can I use 1 account for all the websites ?
1. Yes, you can if :
- You are using Unique Payment Form (Collection) / Universal Payment Form for your payment solution.
- If you want to use shopping cart, you can only do so with one of the website, while the other websites need to use the Unique Payment Form (Collection) / Universal Payment Form.
2. No, you can’t if :
- You want to use shopping cart for all of the websites. Please take note that 1 plugin is only for 1 shopping cart for 1 website. 1 senangPay account is connected to only 1 plugin.
B. I have more than 1 business, can I use 1 account for all of my businesses ?
No.
C. If I register a second account, can I have a discount on that second registration?
Our subscription fees are the lowest in the market compared to what we are offering. We are sorry but you need to pay the same amount for other additional accounts.
D. Can I register one email for multiple accounts ?
No. You must have different emails for different accounts. Each email is used as the username for that specific account.
