If you no longer wish to continue with our services, you may do so at anytime.

1. Send a ticket to our Support and request for account termination.

2. However, senangPay will not reimburse you for the unutilised  remaining months / time.

B. How about my sales transaction payment due in my account?

Your money will be transferred to your account accordingly as per schedule.

C. What if my money is less than the RM100 minimum payout?

You need to make a request for the full withdrawal so that we can make the payment to you. However,a small fee of RM5 will be imposed.
