Change Access Email
A. I want to change my login email. Can I change it?
You will be charged an amount of RM10.00 for the change request ( only for Starter & Advance Package subscribers ).
For merchant that register with Special Package and have high sales transaction (at least RM400K with Starter or Advance package) no charges will be implemented.
B. How to request the change in username?
1. Notify us by sending a ticket to [email protected]
2. Let us know what your current email is and also the new email that you wish to change to.
3. Upon confirmation, we will add the charges in the system
4. You will see the charges in your dashboard ( Charges > List ) under “Charge for updating login id”.
5. Proceed to make payment.
6. Notify us on the approved payment.
7. We will then change the email accordingly.
8. We will notify you through the same ticket once the email is changed.
