Settlement : Proof of Payment

A. Proof of settlement from Dashboard

1. senangPay will upload the proof of settlement receipt to the Dashboard every time payment is made by senangPay to the merchant.

2. You can view the proof of settlement under the Payment menu.

3. Login to your dashboard.

4. On the menu, go to Menu > Payment > List ( Settlement )

5. You will see a list of payments received by your account.

6. On the Transaction List, you will see a list of transactions that are related to the settlement from senangPay. 

7. Click ‘View‘ on the Statement and see the proof of settlement 

B. Proof of settlement from eBanker Bank Islam

Once the settlement has been made by senangPay, you will receive a notification from Bank Islam telling you that senangPay has sent the settlement to your account. Please refer to the screenshot below for the example of a notification.
