A. What is the senangPay Affiliate Programme?

Starting September 2024, we’re enhancing our Affiliate Programme for a better way to earn side income for everyone! No registration fee needed.
You will earn commissions on every successful sign up and a special bonus based on your merchant’s performance.
B. What are the documents needed?

You only need three documents to sign up for the senangPay Affiliate Programme:
- A copy of of the participant or company director’s NRIC
- A printed copy of the most recent first page of your bank statement for settlement purposes
- Proof of SSM registration (we only allow registered businesses to be a part of our affiliate programme)
All of the above mentioned documents must match the applicant’s name accordingly.
C. How much can I earn from this programme?

1. Merchant acquisition commission: You will earn 30% of the paid value from sign ups.
- You will receive 50% of this amount upon successful merchant onboarding
- You will receive the remaining 50% after the merchant has been active for three (3) months.
- 100k–200k: RM200 bonus
- 200k–500k: RM500 bonus
- >500k: RM1000 bonus
D. When will I receive commissions?
Commissions will be credited to you once the set terms are achieved. Bonuses will be calculated and paid out twice a year, in January and July.
E. When is a referral considered eligible for commissions?
You will be eligible for commissions as and when your referral (merchant) meets the following criteria:
- Merchant must accept and comply with senangPay’s terms and conditions
- Merchant account is active on the senangPay platform
- Merchant must be approved by senangPay’s acquiring banks
Please note that there will be no commission paid if the merchant is rejected by the acquiring bank for whatever reason.
F. Can I view a detailed listing of my referral sign ups?
You can view a detailed listing of all your referral sign ups from the affiliate scoreboard (available soon).
G. What is a Referral ID?
- You will be given a referral ID to be used in your affiliate marketing.
- The Referral ID will be determined by our affiliate system and may be presented based on various number ratings.
H. What is the process for joining this programme?
Follow the steps below to join our Affiliate Programme:
- Fill in the application form here and agree to the affiliate terms and conditions.
- You will receive an e-mail containing your referral link which will be active immediately.
- You can then start advertising and earning commissions!
I. Is this affiliate programme permanent?
This programme will be reviewed annually based on its success. If this programme fails to meet our confidential criteria, senangPay may choose to terminate this programme. If the programme is terminated, all future commission payments will be cancelled.
J. What terms and conditions do I need to consider?
Our terms and conditions regulate the rights and duties between the website operator and senangPay. Please read through them carefully in order to avoid any misunderstandings.

L. What if I was a previous senangBro affiliate member?
If you were previously an active senangBro affiliate member, you will be automatically moved to our latest Affiliate Programme. All of your merchants registered under your previous affiliate link will remain as is.
