Reason for pending transaction is usually received as a response from Visa / Mastercard / FPX / Bank.

It is beyond senangPay’s control, unless we notify merchants that senangPay is having a technical problem that affects transaction process.

The transactions with status as Pending Payment means that the transaction is not successful. This happened when customer click on the pay button but then close the payment window or they were not redirected to bank website due to internet connection issue.

The transaction record is created when customer click the pay button. Then, the initial status is pending payment. Once our system receive a new status from the bank then our system will update the status to either paid or failed. If our system never receive the status (due to scenario as described above) then the status will remain as pending payment.

Pending payment does not mean that the money stuck. The money never deducted from the customer account/charge to their credit card.
