senangPay partners with Stripe for a faster and more secure payment. This package is now available for subscription from RM450 per year (Basic Package). Designed for merchants who accept ringgit malaysia and multi currency payment (applicable for Stripe Advance Package), from any bank cards. The transaction fee is 3% + RM 0.50.

Who can subscribe for ‘Stripe Package’ ?

This package is only available for merchants who run their business on a website. If you’re selling non-shariah compliance products, but still adhere to our Terms & Condition, and not in any way are selling prohibited items, Stripe Packages may be your best choice. With Stripe Package, you can offer your buyer with alternatives of online payment streams, where at the end of the day, you will receive the money safe and secure in one account, easier for business transaction records.

How to get started with the Stripe package ?

1.Simply go to https://senangpay.my/register and fill in all the details required from section #1 (Create Account) until section #5 (Terms & Agreement).

*Important Note :

For our merchants who have previously registered /subscribed with senangPay, you’ll need to register with another email. No two accounts may have the same email address. *

2. At section #6 Subscription & Payment, select between Stripe Basic or Stripe Advance (coming soon), and proceed with payment as per usual. 

3.You should receive a Welcome Email after a successful sign-up process from senangPay.

4. You should be able to Login to the Dashboard after you have received the email. Click Here for successful  registration application guide.

5.Upon successful first time login, you need to fill all the details required as shown below for you to begin using Stripe with senangPay.

 

6. You will then be directed to your dashboard. To begin receiving payouts (settlement) in your account, you are required to submit business documents via dashboard. Click here to see what documents to submit and how to submit the documents.

7. From your senangPay dashboard, you can view your STRIPE DASHBOARD by expanding the “Stripe” menu, and click “Stripe Dashboard”.

8.Your customer will see this form to make payment once they checkout from your website.

10. After every successfully payment made by your customer, you’ll receive a notification and login to your dashboard to check the details.

11. Go to “Stripe” and click “Stripe Dashboard” .

*In the Stripe Dashboard you can only view your payout details / balance and your account.*

11. You can check your balance. Merchants will receive payouts daily from Stripe.
