What payment methods do you accept?

Apakah cara pembayaran yang diterima?

 

Our store accepts payments in Ringgit Malaysia (RM/MYR) only. We are supported by senangPay, the easiest local payment gateway. senangPay provides payment options, such as credit/debit cards and online banking.

Kami menerima pembayaran dalam Ringgit Malaysia (RM/MYR) sahaja. Kami disokong oleh senangPay, gerbang pembayaran tempatan atas talian paling mudah. senangPay menyediakan pilihan pembayaran seperti kad kredit/debit dan perbankan atas talian.

Visa & Mastercard (senangPay)

If you check out in a currency other than your credit card’s currency, you may be subject to a currency-conversion fee from your card issuer. We recommend consulting your credit card provider for information on any applicable fees.

Sekiranya anda membuat pembayaran menggunakan kad luar negara, anda mungkin tertakluk kepada caj pertukaran matawang oleh pengeluar kad anda. Kami mengesyorkan anda untuk menghubungi pengeluar kad kredit  untuk sebarang maklumat tentang sebarang bayaran yang dikenakan. 

 

FPX (senangPay)

You’ll need to have an internet banking account with a local bank. To use FPX, ensure your popup blocker is disabled. Select FPX as a payment method, and choose your preferred bank. You’ll be redirected to the internet banking login page. Proceed to login and complete payment. Once the transaction is successful, you’ll receive a separate notification from your bank, and you’ll be redirected to our STORE page.

Anda memerlukan akaun internet banking dengan bank tempatan. Untuk menggunakan FPX, pastikan popup blocker telah dinyahaktifkan. Pilih FPX sebagai cara pembayaran pilihan, dan pilih bank anda. Anda akan dibawa ke halaman login bank. Login dan selesaikan pembayaran. Setelah selesai pembayaran, anda akan menerima notifikasi dari bank, dan akan dibawa kembali ke halaman STORE kami.

 

PayPal

If you pay through PayPal, PayPal will provide automatic currency conversion based on the current rate for MYR. Kindly note PayPal’s currency conversion fee is added to the exchange rate, set by an external financial institution. Contact PayPal directly for more details regarding how they determine their currency conversion rates and fees. 

Sekiranya anda membuat pembayaran menggunakan PayPal, PayPal akan menyediakan pertukaran matawang automatik berdasarkan kadar semasa bagi MYR. Sila ambil perhatian bahawa caj tukaran matawang akan ditambah, ditetapkan oleh institusi kewangan luar. Hubungi PayPal secara terus bagi maklumat lanjut tentang bagaimana mereka menentukan kadar dan kadar penukaran mata wang mereka

 

Cash on Delivery

In the unlikely situation that the COD delivery is unsuccessful, our courier will attempt to redeliver. Should you be uncontactable after the 3rd redelivery attempt, your parcel(s) will be returned to STORE. Our Customer Service team will contact you accordingly.

Customers can only place new COD order(s) once all outstanding COD order(s) are fully paid.

Dalam situasi di mana penghantaran COD gagal dilaksana, pihak penghantar kami akan membuat cubaan penghantaran semula. Sekiranya anda gagal dihubungi selepas cubaan ke-3, bungkusan anda akan dihantar semula ke STORE. Pihak Khidmat Pelanggan kami akan menghubungi anda.

Pelanggan hanya boleh membuat pesanan COD baru, selepas semua pesanan COD tertunggak telah selesai.

 

Grabpay (FPX)

Manual Transfer

For Manual Transfer, please make your payment to either one of the listed bank accounts. Once payment is completed successfully, kindly email your proof of payment with your Order ID to payment@store.my

7-Eleven

For this payment method, choose Cash at 7-Eleven. Enter your name, delivery address and phone number in Shipping and Billing Address area. You’ll receive a Transaction ID and a Verification Code unique to your Order Number. You may print or screenshot the code. To make payment, visit your nearest 7-Eleven store and show the code. Payment by cash should be made in less than 48 hours after completing your order in STORE.

Untuk kaedah pembayaran, pilih Cash at 7-Eleven.  Masukkan nama, alamat penghantaran dan nombor telefon di ruangan Shipping dan Billing Address. Anda akan dapat Transaction ID dan Verification Code  yang unik kepada Order Number anda. Anda boleh print atau screenshot kod ini. Untuk membayar, pergi ke kaunter di kedai 7-Eleven berdekatan dan tunjuk kod yang telah anda print atau screenshot. Pembayaran adalah secara tunai dan perlu dibuat dalam tempoh 48 jam selepas anda membuat order di STORE.
