Payment is where all payment records between you and senangPay. It is a list of transaction money that being collected on behalf of you by senangPay from your buyer and the details of transaction made from senangPay to you. Under the Payment menu, there are only 1 submenu.




This will displayed all the payment record that has been made by senangPay to you.


Below are the details of the elements in the table :

Item Detail
No No of the list payment made by senangPay to merchant (you)
Merchant You
Cut off Date

The date which the last transactions are considered for payment

Method The method of payment made by senangPay to you either Online, Cheque or Bank Deposit
Gross (RM) The overall amount that paid by your buyer

The rate that is charge for the transaction / Merchant Discount Rate

GST (RM) The GST charge amount that being charge to merchant (you) by government
Nett (RM) The actual payment amount that credited to your account by senangPay
Date The date which senangPay credit the money to your account
Proof A screenshot of the payment receipt that senangPay deposited to bank

Please take note that :
1. senangPay will make payment to you twice a week that is on Wednesday and Friday.
2. senangPay will transfer to your account either via Online, Cheque or Bank Deposit.
