There are few reasons of why this situation occurs.
1. The settlement amount is RM100.
The total payment from your customer is below RM100, thus, senangPay cannot make payment to you yet until the amount reaches RM100.
2. You have pending document
You have not submitted your documents to senangPay, thus, senangPay cannot make the payment to you until your account is authorized and acknowledged.
