There are few issue that might happened sometimes when your customer’s FPX payment is FAILED, but his bank account has been deducted with the amount. If this case happened :

1. Kindly please notify us as soon as possible with the details so that we are aware of the issue.
2. Please advice your customer to contact their processing bank. Click here to view the list of the bank contact details.
3. If the case is still not settled, please advice your customer to contact FPX at helpdesk@myclear.org.my

Please take note that this is an issue between FPX and the banks. There is not much that we can do.
