If you have inquiry that need to explain via images, simply attach the screenshot to the Feedback form.
1. To log a feedback, read the instruction here.
2. Fill in your inquiry, then, on the Attach Image section, click on the “Select File” button
4. Browse for the screenshot that you have made earlier.
5. You will see that the Attach Image fill will have attachment of your screenshot.
6. If you think that you have attached wrong screenshot, click “Change”. If you confirm, click “Create Feedback”.
7. A notification pop up will appear to confirm that your feedback is submitted.
8. Your inquiry will be in the system and our support team will get in touch with you.
