You can check whether your feedback is already on the system or not.

1. Go to the Support menu, click on the “List” submenu.


2. You should see your list feedback is in the system. There are type of feedback. The one that still open, which is unsettled, and the one that is already closed.


3. By default, the latest ticket will be displayed in full format.


4. Within 2 working days including weekends, our support team will reply your inquiry. You should see the messages from the support team in the same page.
